The strip today is pretty much a re-enactment of what happened in the early morning hours while I finished up Monday’s strip. In case you haven’t read yesterday’s strip and blog, my 22″ Gateway monitor burned out after just under a year’s worth of use. I must confess that smoke did not pour out of it, instead it just flickered insanely and then turned a pale green (seriously). I’m gonna stick to 19″ monitors at the most from now on. It seems the bigger ones just don’t have the life expectancy that I need in my electronics. Of course, eventually I will be getting a flat screen t.v. for my living room and all this will be moot
