Last week was a little bit trying on the drawing front. I don’t know if it’s the stress of getting freelance gigs out on time or if it’s because of the freelance gigs, but I haven’t had a whole lot of time to hone my drawing skills as of late. What ever the case may be it feels like I spent entirely way too much time on today’s comic. But, overall, it seems to have come out pretty well.
In the coloring process I did have some processor issues and I almost had to scrap all the coloring I did (which was almost the entire strip) and start over. But after taking a small break and coming back things fell into place.
The inspiration for today’s comic came, in part, to Krishna over at www.pcweenies.com. Krishna brought it to everyone’s attention that the 3.5″ floppy disk will soon be a thing of the past. Inspiration also came from the fact that TRON IS COOL!
Work is still coming along on the Battlestar Galactica epic story arc that I have planned for this summer. I have a sketch of Kara Thrace posted on my Live Journal that should be going into the story if you want to check that out. Also, keep an eye on my Live Journal on a daily basis since I have decided to post a filled sketchbook page of artwork each day starting this week.
And as always, thanks for keeping up the vote on TWC and spreading the word.

Hah! That’s awesome (even with the typo!
)!
Thanks Bman, the encouragement is very much appreciated. But I don’t see where I made a typo. Is it in the comic or the blog. Let me know if you don’t mind so I can get that fixed.
