Today I wanted to try and show you guys my fair “game face”. When I was a kid I always had both hands full of fair crap: monkeys on a stick, balloon animals, corndogs, cotton candy, you name it! And I was a sucker for the games: the balloon pop, the dart board, the pull a string get a prize, the milk jug throw! Now I can only live vicariously through Gary here because I never realized that my parents probably had to take out a second mortgage every year to fund a few hours at the fair. Ah, childhood
Let me hear your fair favorites or any fun stories you have in the comments. Thanks for reading and spreading the word

Here’s my fair story. I’m probably around 14 or 15. My friend convinces me to get on a ride. I can’t remember what it’s called, but suffice it to say that it’s name should be “HELL”. Afterwards, I didn’t feel that well. My friend suggested that we get on the Merry-Go-Round: “It’s an easy ride”, says my friend. I sat in one of the benches. About half way through I hurled my breakfast, lunch, and probably my dinner from the night before, too. Needless to say, I have not been back to the fair since then. Try putting that “motion” in your comic! : )
I found the ride. It’s called “Tip-Top”. It might not be a big deal for veteran riders, but for a first timer, this truly was HELL. If I had seen it working, I would never have gotten on it.

Hey thanks for the link. I wasted hours clicking on links that lead from that link, it ruined my day
Actually, that’s pretty much what I do all day anyway
Yeah, I’ll probably go to the fair one day with @khurlebusch for the free lunch days, but rides don’t work so well with my oldness any more
