I’m really enjoying working on this story line. I think I’ve getting my mind wrapped around the coloring style that I want to go with and now that I have a full figure in my head when I draw, drawing the characters is coming along a lot better too. I still need to knock out the rest of the scripts for this story line, but I have the majority of the arc finished.

I had originally thought about making a rippling whirlpool kind of effect, but as I was sketching around I drew this “roadrunner & coyote” like hole and thought it was perfect. Glad it worked
