Well, we made it through another Christmas season. I made it through one hell of a marathon comic making jam and we got one week of 2011 left in us. This week I’m sure many of us are going to look back on the year and think about what we accomplished and where we failed. Robot Friday made a lot of progress this year, our best year yet. I made a lot progress personally and artistically. I feel a lot more comfortable in the style I’m working in and with the characters themselves. And I feel like my writing chops are starting to become sharpened.

2012 will be the year I really put a lot of effort into writing and refining my art. There is a lot I have in store for the new year, but I don’t think I’ll go into that now. I’m going to focus this week on getting more comics done and enjoying the year we have left. Good or bad, this is what we’ve made of it and new hope is just around the corner.
