Today wraps up the most recent story line that saw Thomas get fired from The Chocolate Bean. Even though he’s seemed to give up on the idea of talking Karen into starting a business with him, don’t count out that possibility just yet. You never know with Thomas, he’s always got something going in his little bubble gum looking brain
This weekend I will be at the Lubbock Comics Expo and on Sunday I will be on the Web Comic Creator’s panel as well. So if you’re in the Lubbock and the West Texas area come on out and check out some cool comics, 501st Stormtroopers and cosplaying. I SHOULD have a Robot Friday logoed shirt on so look for that or Thomas’s trademark red hat and orange polo, I’ll be wearing that if not the t-shirt.
I’m really excited to be on the panel and to meet (hopefully) a lot of cool people in my area that make comics on and off the web. Even though I won’t have a booth this year it’s still been a little hectic this week getting things together for the trip – the expo is about 140 miles away from where i live. I need to do some serious planning next year so that getting booth space and doing a great show won’t be a job.
And finally, next week is going to be guest week. I’ve lined up some great comics from guys such as @bsamuelson and @pcweenies. I can’t wait for you guys to see their take on the Robot Friday characters. And those two are just the first couple posts of the week. I’ve got guests for the whole week, updating MWF just like normal so make sure you stay tuned to the Twitter feed and keep reading and spreading the word

That interior shot of Thomas’ brain is choice!
hehe, thanks Mark. It was fun to draw. I gotta admit, though, I think I got the idea from the Simpsons. As I was drawing it I felt like it was familiar, Im sure Homer’s little brain cutaway seeped into my mind at some point to steer me in this direction
Glad you like it though
